About Improvement Teams
Improvement teams comprise staff from contractor companies and the Chevron personnel who regularly work with them.

Once formed, these teams are encouraged to address issues they believe will advance our goal of achieving incident-free operations and share their ideas frequently. We feel these teams will increase and improve communication between contractors and the people who hire them.
